Kirsten Hildebrand
Owner/Attorney
Attorney Kirsten L. Hildebrand founded Hildebrand Law Firm, LLC in 2001 to provide compassionate service to her clients in a resourceful, efficient, and fair manner. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Family Law section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and has held her real estate broker's license since 2006. In 2011, Kirsten received the Women in Law Award.

Derek Daron
Partner/Attorney
Attorney Derek Daron joined Hildebrand Law Firm in 2014. He is a general practitioner with particular emphases in probate, probate litigation, trust litigation, guardianship, and estate planning. He also assists clients with tax issues, guardianship and trustee accounting, and financial planning.

Mark Clauss
Partner/Attorney
As a seasoned litigator with two decades of experience representing businesses of all sizes and with five years in-house, most recently as General Counsel of Milwaukee’s first microbrewery since prohibition, Attorney Mark Clauss brings his robust track record of real-world problem to Hildebrand Law Firm to its business and individual clients.

Matthew Kaplan
Attorney
Matt joined the firm in 2022, having begun his career in civil litigation and in-house corporate work. He has handled cases involving complex contractual issues and civil litigation during his practice. Matt began his legal career in high-volume civil litigation focused on class action, collections, and consumer cases. 

Erik J. Krueger
Attorney
Erik J. Krueger is a graduate of Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia. He graduated with cum laude honors and served as an editor of the Liberty University Law Review. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he is a second-generation alumnus.
